Hello, I’m Kru Koong.
I’m not just a property agent — I’m your first friend in Hua Hin.
I joined a property agent network from Finland because I deeply resonate with their honesty, attention to detail, and heartfelt service. From that moment, I realized I could be an agent my way — the “Kru Koong way” — with integrity, care, and joy.
I don't just sell Homes - I Welcome People Home
Originally from Phitsanulok, I moved to Hua Hin nearly 8 years ago. Along the way, I’ve rented several homes, moved many times, and personally navigated what it takes to feel at home here — finding the right internet provider, hiring honest contractors, buying furniture, and understanding the nuances of each neighborhood.
This is why I believe helping someone buy a house shouldn’t end with handing over the keys.
It should begin a friendship.
Whether you’re relocating, retiring, or investing, I want to be the person who warmly welcomes you to Hua Hin — not just on paper, but in person. I’ll be there from the day you move in — even offering two housekeepers to help you unpack or settle in — and stay available long after for anything you need, from local tips to setting up pool care, internet, or home security.
When I show you a property, you’ll see real photos — taken by me. I use no filters, no digital touch-ups. What you see is what you get. And I drive you to view the homes myself, because I believe buying a home is about trust and connection.
As someone who truly lives here, I understand what makes each property special — not just the size or layout, but the energy of the space, the breeze, the noise level, the proximity to hospitals, supermarkets, or coffee shops.
